New Computer and Foreign language Training Centre was commenced at Nuwara Eliya Katumana International Buddhist Centre by the Director National Youth Corps Brig. Sujerwa Rathnayake USP psc IG responding to a request made by Chief Incumbent of International Buddhist Centre Rev. Galahitiyagoda Sumanarathna Thero on 15 September 2023.
In parallel to the inauguration ceremony, a house built by the Youth Cadets of the Nuwara Eliya Centre under the “Senehe Piyasa” housing project of the NYC was also handed over to a homeless family by the Director National Youth Corps.
