National Youth Corps calls applications form the youth for the Backhoe and Excavator Operator Training course in view of deploying the youth in foreign and local jobs.
National Youth Corps has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 12 July at NYC Headquarters with a private sector Institution, RSM Heavy vehicle and Heavy Machinery Training Institution in Galle. National Youth Corps spends Rs. 59,000.00 for a trainee and offers NVQ Level 3.
Chairman National Youth Corps Col. Darshana Raynayake alone with the NYC Director board and the General Manager of RSM Heavy Vehicle Training Institution Mr. Rasika Sanjaya Manawadu alone with some officials were present on the occasion.
The first group of trainees will consist of 50 numbers from the Galle District and the interview is to be held on 16 July.
Free uniforms and accommodations will be provided for the trainees by the National Youth Corps.
